In March 2023, Alpha Law represented the buyer in completing a full acquisition of a real estate project in Upstate New York. The transaction was a $14 million equity acquisition, with the buyer comprising investors from China. Alpha Law’s corporate team designed the transaction structure, drafted transaction documents, and led negotiations with the seller through to closing.
